Enjoy a taste of home with yam flour, traditionally used to prepare amala. It cooks into a smooth, satisfying swallow with a distinctive earthy flavour, perfect alongside ewedu, gbegiri, egusi or your favourite Nigerian soup.

Preparation: Gradually stir into boiling water, mixing continuously until smooth. Cook to your preferred consistency.
